Laboratory vibrating mill

Laboratory mill is vibrating equipment designed to grinding material up 9 degrees of Mohs´s hardeness scale. Quantity of specimen from 100 to 200 grams and grain size up to 10 mm.

Grinding device is loosely hanging on six springs. Electric motor is attached to grinding device. The upper part of the case has a lid which closes the mill during the operating. The time required for milling is set on the timer. The machine is characterized by high operational reliability and simple operation.

Equipment is supplied with pneumatic clamping device (BVM -2p) or with hand-operated clamping (BVM – 2), special noise reduction material and with grounding frame.

Mill is also supplied with bowl made from hardened tool steel  1.2080 (X210Cr12, 19 436). Bowl can be supplied made from high-resistant sintered material GH13 hardness 1100 HV (87 % WC, 13% Co).
